On June 1\, Port Discovery invites you to a fun-filled day packed with creativity\, connection\, and community. Enjoy hands-on activities\, performances\, and plenty of playful surprises\, in a space where all are welcome. Let’s kick off June with pride\, laughter\, and love! \nProgramming this Sunday\, June 1st includes…\nDiscovery Tales : Look\, listen and sing! Gather ’round\, friends. Join us as we sing songs and read special stories focused on connection and community that the whole family can enjoy. \nFamily Portraits : This immersive experience invites young guests and their families to work together and create a photo frame through creative use of texture and colors through our provided art supplies! Groups will be able to take a picture together for their frame after creating it. \nColor Pop! : Red\, yellow\, and blue – mix the primary colors in a variety of hues in this hands-on creative activity where you can let your colors pop with bubbly rainbows!  \nScavenger Hunt : Join in on a connection-themed museum wide scavenger hunt in celebration of Pride & Joy while looking for clues and hints with your family in order to find all of our surprises! \nLet Your Flag Fly! (Playhouse\, 2PM) : A special workshop presented by the Baltimore Transformative Learning Collective focused on personal flags\, self expression & joy. \nCheck out our partners for this event!\nBaltimore PFLAG : PFLAG is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting\, educating\, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. At FSJ\, we envision a Maryland where all LGBTQ+ people are free to live authentically\, with safety\, dignity\, and respect in all communities throughout the state.
