Welcome back, Fans of Play!
Port Discovery Children’s Museum is thrilled to welcome you all back through our big orange doors for all new family memories - with additional safety measures in place to keep you and your family safe! Interested in what will make your next trip go even smoother? Check out our helpful tips before reserving or purchasing your tickets for next time:
1. Purchase Your Tickets Online - Now Required!
Advance ticket purchases are now required for everyone in your party, including Museum Members. We've significantly reduced the number of tickets that are available on any day the Museum is open. Tickets can be purchased or reserved online at PortDiscovery.org/Tickets.
Tickets will be delivered electronically, allowing for a low-contact entrance to the Museum. We're sorry, but on-site tickets are not available at this time.
Even better news, online purchase fees have been eliminated! Museum Members will continue to receive free admission as always.
2. Pack the Necessities
Face mask? Check. Socks if you’re planning to climb the SkyClimber? Check. Reusable water bottle? Check. All Museum visitors ages 2 and up will need to wear a face covering throughout the Museum unless advised due to a medical condition as outlined by the CDC.
You, or someone in your group in need of a mask-free minute? No worries! Just exit the Museum and you will be permitted to re-enter the Museum once masks are back in place for everyone in your group.
As a reminder, water fountains have been turned off, but the touchless water bottle fill stations are available if you bring your own reusable bottle. Vending machines are also available in the Pier with drinks.
