Gingerbrick decorating & Healthy First Saturday Fun! 
Gingerbricks: December 1 & 8

Get the wiggles out as you learn about healthy activities and habits for your little one – and your entire family during Healthy First Saturday on Saturday, December 1 from 10 AM – 5 PM! Plus, join in a fun holiday tradition as you decorate gingerbricks with the fantastic chefs from McCormick! Use icing, candy and more to decorate gingerbricks that will be used to create our custom, kid-made Port Discovery gingerbread house!

Activities include:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Create your own portable art activities and explore different kinds of media during our birthday-themed Pop-Up Art!
  • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Enjoy a sweet tradition with us! Kids, chefs in the making and holiday fans will all enjoy our annual Gingerbrick Decorating tradition with the friendly and fantastic chefs from McCormick. And, your gingerbrick creations will become part of a life-sized Gingerbread House that will deck our halls throughout the holiday season!
  • 11:30 AM: Ready to enjoy some of Mother Goose’s classic nursery rhymes? Join in on a birthday-themed Mother Goose on the Loose® to develop early literacy skills in your little one and more!
  • 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM: Get the entire family up and moving at Faza Fam Family Jam!
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Explore the worlds of science and technology through interactive games and experiments at STEM Station!
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Create your own portable art activities and explore different kinds of media during our birthday-themed Pop-Up Art!
