Birthday Party Package Options
Deluxe/Deluxe Theme party times are:
Saturdays: 10 am - 12 pm, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, and 3 pm – 5 pm
Sundays: 12 pm – 2 pm and 2:30 pm-4:30 pm
Booking Policy
Due to high demand, parties must be reserved at least 2 months in advance. Please call for any last minute available dates.
All packages include:
- Tee shirt and certificate for birthday child
- Return visit pass for each child
- Free on-site parking space for party host
- Discounted parking validation ( at Harbor Park Garage only)
- Unlimited Free Play all day in the Museum
- Admission for 10 children and 10 adults
- 2 hours in a private room
- Pizza and beverages for the children only
- A special age-appropriate birthday activity
$325 for non-members
$300 for Family Plus/Family Fan members
Deluxe Theme Party
- Admission for 10 children and 10 adults
- 2 hours in a decorated private room based on theme - see Deluxe Theme Options
- Pizza and beverages for the children only
- A special age-appropriate birthday activity
$375 for non-members
$350 for Family Plus/Family Fan members
Super Deluxe Party
- Admission for 50 guests (includes children and chaperones)
- A one-year museum membership for a family of four
- 3 hours in a private suite
- Food and beverages provided by our list of approved caterers (not included in package price)
- A special age-appropriate birthday activity
$750 for non-members
$725 for Family Plus/Family Fan members
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with less than six weeks notice will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
- Cancellations made with more than six weeks notice will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit.
- Restrictions may apply based on date of booking.
- If, due to inclement weather on or around the date of your reserved party, you feel the need to cancel your party, Port Discovery Children's Museum reserves the right to retain your deposit if the Museum is officially open for admission on the day of the scheduled party.
- In the event Port Discovery Children's Museum is officially closed, we will reschedule your party for a later date.

Party Like a Princess
Age 4 and up
Join us in your favorite princess costume for a fun day of make-believe, play, and the royal treatment at Port Discovery!
- Design your own princess wand
- Listen to a reading of the book Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? by Carmela Coyle.
- Photograph opportunities with a royal throne, castle, and more!
- Participate in a princess themed scavenger hunt throughout the museum and win a prize!
Under the Sea
Age 4 and up
Journey into the ocean depths at Port Discovery!
- Design your own colorful pocket ocean.
- Listen to a reading of the book The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.
- Participate in the Under the Sea scavenger hunt throughout the museum and win a prize!
