Teddy Bear Finger Puppets (The Art Cove, All Day) : Use a variety of materials in a take-home craft. Create a teddy bear finger puppet to accompany you throughout the day.
Teddy Meet and Greet (Train Room, 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM) : Come meet our charming social-emotional puppet, Ted “Theodore” Bearson! Take fun selfies with Teddy and introduce him to your own stuffed pal at Stuffies Day Out!
Danny Joe’s Treehouse (Playhouse, 11:00 AM) : Did you know that Baltimore has its very own local kids’ tv show? Meet the host of Danny Joe’s Tree House and his puppet pals at Port Discovery. Together, we’ll sing songs, dance, and play with big thoughts, ideas and feelings.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, Turn Around Fitness Time (Kick it Up, 11:30 AM) : Inspired by the famous nursery rhyme, this movement session is for people and stuffed animals of all ages! Join our Teddy BEAEROBICS instructor as we strengthen our health through stretching, dancing, jumping, bouncing, and balancing.
Stuff & Fluff: Stuffie Repair (2nd Floor, 12pm & 2pm ) : Has your beloved stuffie seen better days? Bring them over to our Stuff & Fluff station, where our friendly staff will help patch up, fluff up, and give your cuddly companion the care it deserves. Whether it’s a missing button or a little stitching, we’re here to help your stuffie feel good as new!
Music Time ( Oasis, 12:30pm ) : Sing along, clap to the beat, and let your stuffed pals join in the musical magic. With lively songs and plenty of rhythm, it’s a playful, interactive experience that’ll have everyone — big and small — dancing with their favorite stuffies!
Winnie-the-Pooh Storytime (Oasis, 1:30 PM) : Step into the Hundred Acre Wood for a cozy and enchanting Story Time with Winnie the Pooh and friends! Gather round as we read timeless tales of Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and all their adventures. Bring your favorite stuffed pal and enjoy a heartwarming journey filled with friendship, fun, and a little bit of honey!
Science Discovery: Sound & Voice Boxes (1st Floor, 3:30 PM) : Many stuffed toys have sound recorder devices. Play with a variety of sound making, voice changing, and message recording items while learning about the STEM within sound.
