Lucky’s Baltimore opened in 2011 as “The Best of Luck Candy & Gifts,” a pop-up in Harbor East before moving to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and rebranding as Luckys Coffee, Ice Cream & Candy to represent owner Alexis “Lucky” Thompson.
