Emanuel was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He likes to use too-easy hints for his passwords. Emanuel passes time reading good books and eating good snacks. He’s on the outs with Waze– and prefers Google Maps– because Waze once tried to get him to take a left turn during rush hour which, in Baltimore City, is nearly impossible.
