James is a native New Yorker who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of Buffalo. He loves hiking, getting lost in a good book, and pulling inspiration from thinkers and leaders like Walt Disney, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffett, Bruce Lee, Kobe Bryant, and Thích Nhất Hạnh. James believes that strong relationships are built through curiosity, care, and constant learning and while he enjoys trying new things, he’ll be the first to admit that golf is not his strong suit.

He works with the Learning & Visitor Experience team to develop programs focused on wellness, family fitness, and healthy living. His work helps enhance the overall guest and staff experience through thoughtful, engaging initiatives.
