Rachel holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Arts in Education Policy and Research from Stanford University and a Bachelors of Arts from Washington College. Rachel loves exploring the neighborhoods of Baltimore and getting out of the city into nature. Her favorite moment from her time at Port Discovery is watching kids and their families dance and have fun at the Rattle Your Bones dance party (like Carter!).

How Rachel can help you: Rachel leads Port Discovery’s Learning & Visitor Experience Department in developing and delivering engaging programs that invite visitors to learn through play while they are at Port Discovery Children’s Museum. Rachel also identifies and sustains exciting community partnerships outside of the museum, particularly around multi-generational initiatives.
