Rachel holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Arts in Education Policy and Research from Stanford University, and a Bachelors of Arts from Washington College on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Rachel loves exploring the neighborhoods of Baltimore and getting out of the city into nature. One of her favorite ways to play at Port Discovery is to jump into spur of the moment improv with kids and families in our Playhouse!

How Rachel can help you: Rachel leads Port Discovery’s evaluation and research work in order to enrich the ways the museum understands and communicates the impact of our programming and partnerships. Her leadership helps guide the museum’s growth and impact in communities here in Baltimore and around the state.
